Ivan Flores has lived on the Lake Arrowhead mountain his entire life. His father owns a well known, local Masonry business; this is how Ivan got into the world of construction! As a young boy he would go with his dad on property walks and loved watching all of his dad’s crew create new, fantastic walls and structures. His passion for construction was immediate, always knowing someday he wanted to be a Contractor.

At age 15 he was working part time, by 18, more than full time. Learning every ounce of this trade has become both his career, hobby, and passion. In 2013 Ivan Flores married the love of his life, Kristen. In 2015 they welcomed their first child, Alexander, and in 2017 they welcomed their second son, Evan.

With over two decades of hands-on experience, Ivan Flores is one of the premier contractors on the mountain. His foundation is built on faith in God, integrity, and providing the highest quality of craftsmanship around.

Ivan is committed to keeping the San Bernardino Mountains his home and restoring the homes on this beautiful mountain to their full glory.
